JINDALAI STEEL seriem plenam virgarum rotundarum ex ferro inoxidabili, ab diametro 1/16″ usque ad 26″, offert. Fere omnes gradus chalybis inoxidabilis in ferris rotundis habentur, inter quos 302, 303, 304/L, 309/S, 310/S, 316/L, 317/L, 321, 321/H, 347, 347H, 410, 416, 420, 440C, 17-4PH, Duplex 2205 et Alloy 20. Nostrae virgae rotundae ex ferro inoxidabili plerumque in statu recocto vendiuntur, quamquam nonnulli gradus, ut 17-4 vel quidam gradus seriei 400, per tractationem caloris durari possunt. Superficies virgarum variare possunt et includunt extractionem frigidam, polituram sine centro, tornationem laevem, tornationem asperam, tornationem polituram et polituram.

Differentia Inter Vectem Rotundam et Vectem Praecisionis Terrae

Vectis rotunda prorsus est ut sonat; longa vectis metallica cylindrica. Vectis rotunda multis diametris praesto est, ab 1/4" usque ad 24".

Virga accurate trita per duritiam inductionis fabricatur. Durior inductio est processus calefactionis sine contactu qui inductionem electromagneticam adhibet ad calorem requisitum producendum. Virga sine centro trita typice producitur per superficiem ad magnitudinem definitam tornandam et triturandam.

Vectis accurate tractata, quae etiam "tornata et polita" appellatur, ad vectes rotundos, chalybe summae qualitatis et subtili praecisione fabricatos refertur. Poliuntur ut superficies perfectae et rectae sint. Processus fabricationis ad tolerantias arctissimas pro superficie, rotunditate, duritia, et rectitudine designatus est, quod longam vitam utilem cum minore cura praestat.
